ソニー(6758)が、ソニーFH(8729)を買収するとの、報道がありました。

これは、ソニーにとって、非常に良い選択だと、感じたのと共に、非常に戦略的経営を感じました。

このことに触れていきたいと思います。

ソニーは、単体でも、非常に将来性の高い分野を持っております。

ゲームや音楽などの、娯楽も波は、あると思いますが、発展するでしょうし、音楽機器も、世界的に、知名度があります。

音楽機器は、それぞれ、特徴があります。BOSEのスピーカーは、音が、重音重視で、どちらかというと、身体の大きい欧米の方に好まれる音を出します。

ソニーは、とてもクリアな音で、身体の小さな東洋人にも負担無く聴けます。

その他、個人的な好みにも、大きくされるスピーカー音ですので、そういう意味では、身体の大きさは、考える必要はないのですが。

私は、身体の器官が、小さいので、とても敏感です。

音楽機器の話は、これぐらいにしますが、ソニーは、単体でも十分今後も、大きなアドバンテージを持つような部門を持っています。

しかしながら、その上に、ソニーFH部門を買収するのは、とても驚きと共に、戦略的経営をとても感じました。

金融部門は、商品を購入する上でも、必要ですし、スマートフォンやpcで、ファイナンシャルすることは、今後も増えていくと思うからです。

その上に両社が、合体するメリットは、非常に大きくて、管理部門が、一括され、経営がスマートになり、コスト削減になるからです。

今までは、分社化が多かったですが、一歩先をいく経営として、ソニーのこの戦略的経営は、今後もとても気になる会社です。
