日本には、法律で「景観緑三法」というのが、策定されています。
これは、街並みの「眺めた景色」を綺麗にする為の法律です。
その都市の特徴に合わせて、「緑地」や「建物」を規制することができます。
法律になったのは、2004年6月ですが、その以前から都市として策定できる「景観法」が、「条例」として、策定されていました。
そのなかで、最も「景観法」に熱心に長年に渡り熱心であった都市は、「京都」です。
日本は、古い建物を維持する事は、新しい住宅を建てるよりコストがかかります。
京都の「町屋」は、そのようにして守られてきました。
企業の「看板」もより目立つようにデザインされますが、この「京都」では、それさえ規制の対象になります。
ですから、街並みに溶け込んだ「色」を使って「特別に」デザインします。
これは、「京都」発祥です。
又、法律に適応しない都市でも、独自に「条例」を作ってイメージを良くする事に取組みしている都市は、多いです。
良い住民と都市の価値を上げる為に、努力しています。
その条例を知ることは、今後の自分の住まい探しや、投資にとって一つの指標となります。
一生の内の大イベントなので、「都市」のイメージではなく、「行政の方針」を勉強して、今後どのようになっていく「都市」なのか、調べる事は大切です。
