私は、Apple製品が大好きです。
最近、とても残念なことがありました。
私は、iPadを複数持っています。購入して1年と少し経ったiPadがどうも良くありませんでした。
アプリは、直ぐにおちる。
他のアプリでも、ちょっと動作がおかしい。
…でも、そのまま、iPhoneや違う古いiPadで、再起動したりしてなんとかして我慢していました。
そのうちに、Safariがおかしくなり、webがクラシュして、検索できなくなってしまいました。
インターネット回線は、きわめて良好で、夜中に起きて確かめました。
他のパソコンは良好に動くし、最新のOSにした古いiPadやiPhoneも正常に作動します。
なのに購入して1年ちょっとのiPadは、webさえ、つなげないのです。
いろんな対策はしたので、後は工場出荷状態する「リセット」しかありませんでした。
OSは、同じなのに古いiPadは正常に動きます。
これは、もうこのiPadが不良品としか思えませんでした。
「リセット」しても正常に動いたとしても、また同じようになる可能性が高い。
これは、不良品と残念ながら、判断しました。
Apple社に連絡して、随分、相談しました。
とても対応も良かった。
でも、不満があります。
一言ほしかった、「無料電話ですか？」Apple社は、無料電話だと勝手に判断していた様子で、「え？」だけ。
1時間以上の電話代は自己負担でした。
お詫びの一言も無かった。
正直、残念でした。
過去にOSの不具合で、iPadが壊れて自己負担で買い替えになり、データが無くなったこともありました。
だから、OSはしばらく経ってからアップするようになった。
この頃は、OSの更新がかなり早くなりました。
はっきり言ってOSの完成度が、低いのでこのように頻繁にアップすることになります。
５Gも、まだ対応していません。
早いのが、良いとは思いません。
確実に、課題をこなしていくことは、大切だと思います。
今回のiPadの話はやはりApple社のかつての勢いはないと感じました。
私は、Apple製品を嫌いになったのでは、ありません。
やっぱり、信頼性は高いし、Apple製品は「安全」だと思います。
製品の価値は、リセールバリューで判断できます。
中古市場を見れば、Apple製品は信頼されていると思います。
この「安全」を購入しているユーザーに、より快適に生活できるように更なるグレードアップを望みます。
今は、Appleのアプリがあり、そこからサポートについて連絡すれば、Appleからサポートの電話が来るようになりました。(2020/12月更新)
I love Apple products.
Recently, something very disappointing.
I have multiple iPads.
One year after purchasing, the iPad was a little bad.
The app down shortly.
It works a bit strangely with other apps.
… but, as it was, with an iPhone or a different old iPad, I restarted and managed to endure it.
Eventually, Safari broke, and the web crashed, making it impossible to search.
The internet connection was very good and I checked up at midnight.
Other computers work well, and older iPads,my Phone with the latest operating systems work fine.
Nevertheless, an iPad that has been purchased for a year or so cannot be connected to the web.
After taking various countermeasures, there was only a factory reset “reset”.
The old iPad works fine even though the OS is the same.
I thought this iPad was only defective.
Even if it resets and moves normally, it is likely that it will be the same again.
Unfortunately, this was determined to be defective.
I contacted Apple and talked a lot.
The response was also very good.
But there is dissatisfaction.
I wanted a word, “Is it a free phone?” Apple seemed to judge that it was a free phone.
Telephone charges for more than one hour were at myself expense.
There was no word of apology.
Honestly, it was disappointing.
In the past, due to a malfunction of the OS, the iPad was broken and it was replaced by myself-pay, and there was also a case where data was lost.
So the OS came up after a while.
At this time, OS updates were much faster.
To put it bluntly, the OS is not as complete, so it will often come up like this.
5G is not yet supported.
I don’t think early is good.
I think it is important to surely handle the issues.
I felt that the story of the iPad this time did not have Apple’s former momentum.
I didn’t hate Apple products.
After all, reliability is high and Apple products are “safe”.
The value of a product can be determined by its resale value.
Looking at the used market, I think Apple products are trusted.
We hope that users who have purchased this “safety” will be upgraded further so that they can live more comfortably.
