建物の解体現場を見ますと鉄骨の使われた建物は、特殊な機材を使い、解体、処理していますので、解体費や処理費がかなりかかる印象があります。

どのような住まいにするのかは、色々だとは思います。

駐車場にアスファルト(10年の法定原価償却)やコンクリート(15年の法定原価償却)等を敷くと、建物と見なされ、法定原価償却が有ります。
