つけ汁で作る、上質なひじきの煮物。A high-quality simmered hijiki seaweed made from soup.


今回は、「ブリの照り焼き」を作ったつけ汁で作る「ひじきの煮物」です。「ブリの照り焼き」を作った後のつけ汁は、魚のダシが出ています。これを捨てるのは、もったいないですね。だから、今回は、そのつけ汁を使った「ひじきの煮物」です。

材料は、乾燥ひじき60g、にんじん150g、大豆の水煮200g、ブリの照り焼きのつけ汁230ml、つけ汁と同じ量の水。
