今回も独自の目線で米国大統領選挙の共和党予備選挙について書いていこうと思います。

前大統領のトランプ氏と元国連大使のヘイリー氏に絞られている。ヘイリー氏は、苦戦しており、献金を有利に受けているが、結果が出ていないと伝わってきています。おそらく、米国にとっては、ヘイリー氏は、年齢的にも、国連大使であったことも、米国にとっては、有益な人材であろう、と感触があります。

けれども、今、世界は、ウクライナやガザ問題が噴出しており、これを一向に解決できない、バイデン大統領の政治に不満が溜まっているように感じます。

一方、トランプ氏は、大統領の時代は、中国に対して関税を掛けたり、かなりエキサイティングな政治家であります。だから、ヒーローのように救ってくれるのが、トランプ氏のように映るのでしょう。これは、受けの悪い言い方をすれば、民主主義の独裁者の出現のような気がします。だから、米国国民は、トランプ氏に憧れるのでしょう。

これは、カリスマ性がないとできません。米国の国民の鬱屈とした空気が、トランプ氏の力強い言葉とアクションに引き込まれるのでしょう。

これは、もう、止められないような雰囲気を感じます。おそらく、米国は、何らかの形で、不安定になるでしょう。しかしながら、変化を求めている米国国民の心は、その変化にこそ、喜びを求めているのでしょう。現状では、納得できない、米国国民の心が分かる。そんな共和党の予備選挙です。

おそらく、次の2月24日のサウスカロライナ州は、トランプ氏が勝利するのではないかと、思われます。

トランプ氏は、強烈な個性があります。だから、好き、嫌い、がハッキリする候補者なのです。だから、支持する人が多いということは、これは、選挙民が、能動的に支持していると思われます。だから、無党派層も選挙の雰囲気次第では、引き込まれていくでしょう。

ここから、窺える米国国民の心理は、「変化」です。

そのために、引率力のあるトランプ氏が選ばれているのでしょう。トランプ氏なら、ロシア問題なんて簡単に解決できそうな気がするのは、私だけでしょうか？何となくアドバンテージを握っているような気がするのです。このようにスキャンダルさえ、アドバンテージに変えるこの力と交渉力は、正攻法だけではなく、裏道からあっと驚くような解決法があるように感じるのでしょう。

これは、米国の国民性なのかも、しれません。

正攻法だけが解決の道では、ないことは、確かですし、清濁を併せ呑む力が、トランプ氏には、あるようです。トランプ氏をサポートするのは、大変でしょう。色んなリスクもあるわけで、色んな問題が、おそらく噴出するでしょう。

これは、米国国民が選ぶなら、これは、かなりのサポートする人々が必要でしょう。

米国国民がトランプ氏を支持するということは、変化を求めているということです。色んな問題が噴出するでしょう。でも、これが民意なら、これに応えるのは、ごく自然のことです。

何故なら、米国国民から選ばれた代表ですから。

In the current situation, I can understand the hearts of the American people who cannot accept it. Such is the Republican primary election.

I think that Trump will probably win in South Carolina on February 24th.

Therefore, the fact that there are many people who support him means that the voters are actively supporting him.
