AppleのiPadが、調子が悪かった。工場出荷状態にしないと動かないくらいの悪い状態でした。
まだ、1年5ヶ月しか、経っていない。
前のiPadも2年程で、画面が真っ暗になり壊れてしまった。
でも、前の時は、偶然だろうと思っていた。
iPadのApple Care＋は、10,000円以下です。
とてもお安く入れます。これに、入っておくことは、大事です。
私は、今、持っている製品には全部入っている。
でも、このiPadは、入っていなかった。
そこで、Appleに電話してみました。
まだ、壊れてはいないが、色んなことをしてみたけれど、工場出荷状態にしないと、正常に動かない、状況です。
あなたなら、どう判断しますか？
私は、これは、壊れる前兆だと判断しました。
とても、不愉快な思いでした。
この電話サポートは、「工場出荷状態にしてみたら？」という、アドバイスでした。
…このアドバイスは、受けておけば、良かったと後悔する状況に発展しました。
結局のところ、デバイスをAppleで交換すると戻ってこないことを知っておきましょう。
まだ、壊れていないiPadが、整備品のiPadが送られてきました。
初めての事で、びっくりました。
少し、気になることがありました。点検は、していただきました。
でも、元のデバイスには、できません。
結局、点検に出すことによって、整備品の外箱も、Appleに取られて、戻って来なかった。
整備品は、シリアル番号が、「F…」から、始まる番号が、付いています。
新品でも、不具合の多い製品を、Appleの整備品の品質が、それ以上のコストパフォーマンスを上回るとは、思わなかった。と、ここは、過去形。
このデバイスは、2024年5月段階でも、正常に動作しています。
私は、最初は不満を感じていましたが、Apple整備品の品質は満足できるものでした。
ここで訂正します。
なぜなら、マイクロソフトのofficeが、入っている最後のモデルです。
マイクロソフトのofficeは、10インチ以下でないと、入らない。
この10インチ以下のiPadのMicrosoftのofficeもiosのバージョンが上がると無くなってしまいました。
最新モデルは、このofficeが、ないので、お安い。
私は、最新モデルのお安いiPadにAppleCare +を付けて購入しました。
だから、iPadは、２台持ちになりました。
Apple整備品の品質は満足できるものです。ちゃんと長く使えます。良かったです。
ここで、訂正いたします。

In the end, when I sent it in for inspection, the outer box of the repair item was taken by Apple and was never returned.
Refurbished products have serial numbers starting with "F...".
I never thought that the quality of Apple's refurbished products would outweigh the cost performance of a product that was new but had many defects. And here it is in the past tense.
This device is still working properly as of May 2024.
