私は、このブログが参考にされてかなりの部分を使われている。しかしながら、この作品は未来、SF作品である。
作者は、東京に刑務所を超デラックスに改装され、同情すべき人に与えるという設定である。その中で、日本人の特性をけなしているのである。参考にしていただろう私のアイコンのチューリップ公園を器用で嘘吐きのチューリップと表現している。私は、心から憤慨したのである。
文化庁に相談してみたところ、これは日本人に対する言葉であり、あなたのことではない。だから、著作者人格権には相当しない、と言われたのである。他に、似通った言葉や文章があるけれども、これはアイデアである。だから、これは、著作権には相当しないと言われた。
文化庁の担当者は、その本を捨てなさい、ってアドバイスを頂いた。私は、この本は、購入していない。
ただ、ChatGPTで書かれたものが芥川賞をもらったと聞いたので、審査した出版社の雑誌に全文記載されたものを買ったのである。
いずれ、この雑誌は、処分することにした。
日本が、このように犯罪者に寛容になり優遇するなんてことは、絶対ない。
何故なら、日本には、死刑があるからである。
こんな設定にして、日本人の良さや日本の良さをとことんバカにしているのである。それを言葉巧みに、このブログをもとにして書かれて、そうして、侮辱しているのです。
結局、審議会でも、私は、何も得ることができませんでした。
文化庁の職員の言葉、「そんな本は捨てなさい」って言葉、なるほど。
非常に納得できる言葉でした。
