世界は、コロナウイルスの感染の真っ只中です。その中で、米国のトランプ大統領が、衝撃の発言をした。
「WHOの拠出金を停止」とのことです。うーん、と唸った。
米国は、拠出金は、世界1位です。
日本は、3位。
2位は、中国です。
ここで、世界のほころび、が露呈しました。
前から、それは、ありました。
世界銀行のことで。
米国、日本主導のADB、アジア開発銀行、と、AIIB、アジア投資銀行、という中国主導のヨーロッパの国々の銀行です。
中国は、日本に多くの円借款を受け、援助され、経済成長を、長期にわたり、巨額資金で支えてもらいました。(40年、3兆円)
ですが、中国は、AIIBを創設しました。
これは、矛盾、です。日本人の感覚からすれば、恩を仇で返す、感覚になる。
これは、サムライ精神の日本にとって、受け入れられない。
その結果、色んなところで、支援が、何故か、競合していました。
その中での、この「トランプ発言」は、その矛盾を解く、ものになる。
だから、日本も、良い機会だと思う。
経済は、やはり命を守る為に、必要だから。
その「WHO」の運営に「不透明感」が感じる、なら、先ずは、距離をおくことが、適切、です。
これは、終わりの始まり、です。
数字は、ウソをつかない。
経済、だけではなく、この「新型コロナウイルス」で、多くの人々が、亡くなった。
これも、数字、です。
そして、経済活動も、止まってしまった。
「WHO」に不審感を抱いても、人々は、日々のことで、精一杯、です。
だからこそ、トップダウンの決断、は、最も、必要であり、これを、トランプ大統領は、決断、した。
良い、タイミング、です。
今こそ、日本も、ADBでは、にがい、経験、をしました。
命にかかる大事な、決断、です。
