今回のうまいもんは、グリーンボールです。キャベツよりも、葉が薄くて、緑色が綺麗です。
味は、歯応えは、ありますが、ゴワゴワした感じは、ありません。キャベツと比べると、葉がかなり薄いのですが、しゃりしゃり感は、ちゃんとありますし、炒め物にしても、色鮮やかなので、華やかです。甘みもあり、美味しいです。
これが、グリーンボールです。丸くて、ボールの感じの外観です。
普通にキャベツと同じように使うと良いです。このグリーンボールは、高さ、横幅、共、20cmぐらいです。

着色料、保存料無添加のこのハムは、地元でも、人気が高く、私は、阿蘇の道の駅で、入手しましたが、すぐに売り切れるので、朝の早いうちに行って、手に入れました。
断面は、ソーセージの方ですが、よく練り合わせてあり、お味も、良いです。なかなか、手に入らないので、ご容赦ください。
お味は、丹念に練り合わせており、かなり満足できるお品です。
