これは、日本人にとっては、日本銀行の黒田総裁のことばで、まさに、「異次元」の金融政策です。
つまり、日本人は、株式投資で資産形成をすることが必要なことになったのです。
これを日本の国民が、何も言わないのには、理由があります。シンゾウは、特に優秀な学校の出身でもありません。
