今回は、メルカリで、新品未開封商品をそのまま売っては、いけない、お話です。私の体験談を書いていこうと思います。

私は、ある商品を売りました。その電器商品は、もう製造されておらず、レアな商品で、インターネットでは、かなりの高額で販売されています。しかしながら、フリーマーケットでは、その60％が、相場で、業者が参入して仕入れをしているようでした。

私は、その商品を新品開封で、出品しました。そうして、未開封のまま、発送しました。しかし、相手は、プロで、やり方は非常にずるい方法でした。

相手から、これは、背面に傷があるから、満足できない、と言われました。しかし、私は、未開封は、完品ではないから、と言いましたが、メルカリでは、購入者にとって有利な制度で、これは、相手が納得できないなら、取引は、成立しません。

あらかじめ、新品未開封でも、出品する際は、必ず、開封して、商品情報を写真で、記録することは、非常に大切です。

安易に返品を受けると、「すり替え」と言って、同じ商品の偽物や、同じ商品でも、傷ついた悪い状態の商品が返品されることが、あります。

だから、高額商品は、フリーマーケットで、販売するのは、非常に難しいです。

出品者は、購入者を選べないからです。

ただできることは、購入者をブロックすることぐらいです。

すり替え詐欺は、インターネット販売で、横行しているので、有名どころのAmazonでも、発生しているようです。

だから、高額商品は、「すり替え詐欺」に遭うかも知れないので、この点を十分に考えてから、フリーマーケットで、販売するかどうか、考えたほうが、良いです。

このように、商品価値のある新品未開封商品やブランド商品は、すり替えという、詐欺があることを十分、理解して、おきましょう。

私は、その商品を「すり替え詐欺」より、怖かったのが、「個人情報の流出」でした。「メルカリ」のシステムでは、相手に返品先、つまり、出品者の個人情報を開示しなければ、いけません。名前、住所、電話番号。出品は、匿名で、できますが、「返品」をする際は、出品者情報を購入者に全部、開示しなければなりませんでした。

私は、商品代金より、この方が、不安でした。購入者は、しきりに住所、名前、電話番号を教えてくれと、言われました。

私は、非常に、困ってしまい、消費者センターに電話しました。電話番号は、「１８８」です。個人的には、「メルカリ」に電話できませんが、消費者センターからは、できるとのことでした。

私は、回答を待っていました。すると、「メルカリ」から、この取引は、当事者間で、解決できない事案として、扱われました。

これから、「メルカリ」も出品者の個人情報の取り扱いを慎重にしてくださるという印象を持ちました。

結果的に、この取引は、「メルカリ」が、代金を補填する形で、終わりました。このように、商品だけではなく、個人情報を狙ってくる、購入者もいますので、気をつけてください。

消費者センターの方が、初めに言った言葉が、印象的でした。「購入より、販売が難しい」この意味が、非常に印象的でした。

今回は、私の経験した「メルカリ」出品と返品システムについて、書いてみました。

This is because sellers cannot choose their buyers.

The only thing they can do is block the buyer.

Switching scams are rampant in online sales, and even the well-known Amazon seems to have experienced them.

What I was more afraid of than the "switching scam" was the "leakage of personal information." In the "Mercari" system, you must disclose the return address, that is, the seller's personal information, to the other party. Name, address, phone number. You can sell items anonymously, but when you return an item, you have to disclose all of your information to the buyer.

I was more worried about this than the price of the item. The buyer kept asking me to give them my address, name, and phone number.

I was very worried, so I called the consumer center. The phone number is 188. I personally cannot call Mercari, but the consumer center said I can.

I waited for a response. Then, Mercari treated this transaction as a case that could not be resolved between the parties.

I got the impression that from now on, Mercari will be careful about the handling of sellers' personal information.

In the end, this transaction ended with Mercari compensating for the price. As you can see, there are buyers who are after not only the product but also personal information, so please be careful.

The first thing the consumer center said made an impression on me. The meaning behind the phrase "selling is more difficult than buying" left a strong impression on me.
