今回は、電子レンジが壊れたので、買い替えたお話です。今回購入したのは、シャープのヘルシオです。今までは、冷えたご飯をレンジで温めるのに、ラップやフタが必要でした。
けれども、このヘルシオは、ラップは、要らない。そんな環境に良いオーブンレンジです。水タンクに水を入れて、スチームで、加熱する。だから、もっちり仕上がる。解凍もスチームで、解凍。ちょうど、良い感じで、今までのように肉汁がでない。これは、驚きでした。
パンも、オーブントースターで、焼くより、スチーム加熱で、調理したら、焼きたてパンのように美味しいのです。調理をスチームにすれば、カロリーダウンにもなる。
まだ、使って間もないけれども、買ってよかったと感じる。何故なら、電子レンジで、温めるより、はるかに美味しいからです。
古いヘルシオは、電子レンジとオーブン、蒸し機能、に分けられている。
けれども、今回購入したのは、レンジ、レンジスチーム、スチーム解凍、スチーム発酵、ウォーターオーブン、オーブン、ウォーターグリル、グリル、機能がある。使いこなすには、時間がかかる。まだ、取扱い説明書を読みながらだけれど、とても美味しい。
ラップの使用量は、確実に減る。そんな環境にも優しい調理器具です。発売当初よりお手頃なお値段になっています。
ピザもウォーターグリルで、焼いてみました。とても美味しく出来ました。今回は、スチーム調理が、とても美味しくて、感激した、シャープのヘルシオについて書いてみました。
