マスクは、本来は、病人がするものである。それを変えたのは、コロナの流行であった。
この頃、思うのは、いつでも、日本人は、マスクをするようになった。
私の友達には、小さな子供を世話してパートで働いている女性が多い。口ぐちに言うのは、子供たちの言葉に傷つくようなのである。子供は、遠慮もないし、疑問をストレートに言うものである。
どうしても、仕事柄、日光に晒される彼女たちには、悩みがあって、顔や手にいわゆる「シミ」ができるのである。若いお母さんに育てられている子供たちは、「シミ」なんていう存在は知らない。
子供達が「それなあに？」って顔や手の「シミ」を指差しして聞くのである。見た目は、そんなに「シミ」ってよくないから、子供たちは、一様に変な雰囲気になるらしく、そんな様子は、お世話をする彼女たちにとって、悩みでもある。
そうして、コロナが流行した。多分、こんな悩みを持っている人は、多い。
この頃出かけると、みんなマスクをしている。男性も多い。多分、髭剃りとか、面倒なんじゃないかな？って感じで、みんなマスクをしているもんだから、化粧をして、口紅をしている私は、じっと通りすがりの人から、振り返るように眺められたのである。
私は、今、もう日差しも、きつい時期ではないので、医療機関に行くときは、マスクをしていくけれども、基本的には、マスクはしない。
私は、コロナの流行する前に、夏の日差しを避けるのに、目元以外をカバーで、覆っていた時は、みんな不審がって誰も、近づかなかった。でも、日焼けするのが、嫌だったのです。
ところが、コロナが流行するとみんなこのカバーに感心したのである。
街は、マスクだらけで、なんとなく、景色も良くない。こんなにマスクをみんなするようになったら、化粧品とか、おそらく、使う回数が減って、化粧品会社の業績を心配する、ほどである。
まあ、コロナも弱毒化すると同時に、インフルエンザが大流行している。だから、高齢の両親に予防接種を勧めました。いろんな病気があるけれども、なるだけ、元気でいたいものです。
年金も当てにはならないし、医療費を考えると、結局は、健康が大事だな、って感じる。
よく、年金が、これぐらいあると、安心とか、言うけれども、そんなの当てにしては、いけない。なぜなら、収入に応じて、高齢者は、健康保険の負担割合が、決められている。だから、ちょっと、少ないぐらいが、安心だな、って思う。
私の両親は、年金が、少ないので、介護保険も、健康保険も入院も、１割負担なのです。だから、高齢者になる程、医療にかかることが多いので、ここは、大きい。
ケアマネージャーの方の話を聞いていても、やはり、３割負担の人もいるようで、いろんなサービスが勧めにくいようです。
だから、年金が少ないって悩んでいる人は、そう心配しなくても、そんな優遇制度があるから、心配なんていらない。逆に、中途半端に年金の多い方が心配になる。
多分、この類に私は、当てはまるかもしれない。
厳しい時代に突入したものである。

And then the corona pandemic started. I think many people have this problem.
When I go out these days, everyone is wearing a mask. There are many men too. Everyone was wearing masks, probably because they found shaving a hassle. I was wearing makeup and lipstick, so people passing by looked back at me.
It's not too sunny anymore, so I wear a mask when I go to a medical institution, but I don't usually wear a mask.
Before the coronavirus outbreak, I used to cover everything except my eyes to avoid the summer sun, and no one was suspicious and would come near me. But I didn't want to get sunburned.
However, when the coronavirus outbreak started, everyone was impressed by the cover.
The city is full of masks, and somehow the scenery isn't very good. If everyone starts wearing masks like this, the number of times cosmetics are used will probably decrease, and I'm worried about the performance of cosmetics companies.
Well, at the same time that the coronavirus is weakening, influenza is also spreading. That's why I recommended that my elderly parents get vaccinated. I have many illnesses, but I want to stay as healthy as possible.
I can't rely on my pension, and when I think about medical expenses, I feel that health is important in the end.
People often say that if you have a certain amount of pension, you will feel secure, but you shouldn't rely on it. Because the elderly person's share of the health insurance burden is determined according to their income. So I think it would be more secure if it was a little less.
My parents' pension is small, so they pay 10% for nursing care insurance, health insurance, and hospitalization. So the older you get, the more medical care you need, so this is a big deal.
When I listen to the care manager, it seems that there are also people who pay 30%, so it seems that it is difficult to recommend various services.
So, if you are worried about your low pension, don't worry too much, because there are such preferential treatment systems. On the contrary, I worry about people who have a high pension.
Maybe I fit this category.
