日本は、まだマイナス金利です。けれども、アメリカの金利上昇は、当初の0.5%ピッチで上げるととの予想だったが、もう、物価上昇が激しい。なんと、0.75%に上がる。ヨーロッパの中央銀行も0.25%上がることになった。つまり、予想分、解消するために0.25%差額分上がる。だから、私の予想では、日本も0.25%金利が上がるだろう。
このように世界は連動している。アメリカは、もう金利が上がり、非常に住宅取得や住宅ローンが払えなくなる人が出てくるかもしれない。
バブルを知っている私は、住宅ローンを4.75%,6.5%で借りていた。だから、これくらいは、アメリカ経済は金利が上がるかもしれない。
しかし、世界経済に大きな影響力を与えるアメリカ経済が失速しては、困るのです。色んな国に影響がくる。
もう、ロシアは、経済制裁を受けて、ルーブルが世界的に排除されている。しかし、豊かな資源は、貧しい国にとって魅力的でアメリカやヨーロッパの政策について行かない国が出る。
これは、経済の分裂であり、これは、経済的なアメリカとロシアの冷戦になるのです。
だから、ヨーロッパは、複雑な環境に置かれる。中国とヨーロッパは、AIIB、アジアインフラ投資銀行を共有している。日本も加盟を打診されたが、加入しなかった。日本とアメリカは、ADB、アジア開発銀行がある。

ただ、主義、主張が違うだけで、別に敵対していない。違う枠組みにいるからで、これは、良い意味で、中国やロシアと、対話していける。ヨーロッパは、経済的に吸収されるかもしれない。細かく話すとことは難しくなる。ヨーロッパは、AIIBに加入したことは大きな代償を払う必要が出るかもしれない。
