今のウェブ、SNSに必要なこと。What you need for today’s web and SNS.

日本には、日本版SNSがあります。

この現状を書いてみたい、と思います。

今のツイッター社やフェイスブック社の将来を見分ける上で、重要になる、と思いますので、今後の展望を書いてみたい、と思います。

何も、対策をしないのなら、この場は、将来的に、誹謗、中傷の場、そして、裏情報のやり取りの場になるでしょう。

これは、日本での、「2ch」(2ちゃんねる)と呼ばれるサイトを参考にしています。

このサイトは、インターネットの黎明期において、とても、インターネットやパソコンのスキルの高い人が、色んな情報を交換していたサイト、でした。

ですから、匿名では、ありましたが、とても有益な情報が、得られる場所でした。

みんな、とても、親切で、とても、良いサイトでした。

ところが、今は、荒廃して、人の悪口や、変なうわさ話をしたりする、サイトになってしまいました。

サイトは、情報交換もしている所もありますが、それも、嫌がらせで、話をそらして、そのサイトを潰そうとする者が、現れるので、やはり、良い情報は、得られるサイトでは、ありません。

幾つもの、スレッドがありますが、これは、もう、発言の「自由」は、ありますが、そこには「責任」がありません。

そのサイトは、汚いことばで、埋め尽くされています。

時々、そこに、真実が、混ざっていることもあります。

それを見つけるために情報を探す人もいますが、「真実」か、どうかは、自分で判断しなければ、なりません。

このように、広く一般的になる、という事は、「自由」という特権を、デジタルの場所で、身勝手な発言することになります。

これは、自分を優位にしたい、欲求から、です。

リアルの世界で、不満を募らせ(つのらせ)、そして、はけ口にします。

ですから、悲しい現実ですが、インターネットが、普及する事は、何かしらのルールが、必要になります。

SNSは、とても、このサイトのようになる可能性を持っています。

事実、日本では、SNSで、誹謗、中傷で、心が傷ついて、自殺した方がいます。

これは、社会的に問題になっています。

このような事は、色んな国で、起こっている事でしょう。

ですから、ウェブやSNSは、何らかの規制が、必要になりますし、実際、このような事になっています。

今後、どのように運営するのかは、非常に大切ですし、人間は、「自由」である事は、「自己主張」だとして、「無責任」に「発言」します。

ウェブのリテラシーやルールを学校教育で、又、色んな場で、学ぶ、機会を作る、必要があります。

これは、道徳心が有れば、自然に、身に着きます。

ですが、これは、理想で、現実的では、ありません。

ウェブの環境にルール、これは、法律のようなものです。

これを、作って、しっかりと運用していく必要があります。

そして、そこで、ルールを守って、しっかり、健全なウェブ、に育つことを、私は、提言します。

SNS has the potential to become like this site.

In fact, in Japan, there have been people who have committed suicide after being hurt by slander and libel on SNS.

This has become a social problem.

This kind of thing is happening in many countries.

Therefore, some kind of regulation of the web and SNS is necessary, and this is actually what is happening.

How we manage it in the future is very important, and humans "speak" irresponsibly, believing that "freedom" is "self-assertion".

It is necessary to create opportunities to learn about web literacy and rules in school education and in various places.

This will come naturally if you have a sense of morality.

However, this is an ideal and not realistic.

Rules for the web environment are like laws.

We need to create these and operate them properly.

So I recommend that we follow the rules and help develop a strong, healthy web.
