仕事の差別化とストレス。Work differentiation and stress.

私は、何かと、面接なんて受けると、とてもウケが良いのです。だから、とんでもない、仕事をして欲しい、と頼まれる。そう、トップで、選考されることが、多い。3,000倍で、選ばれたのですよ。とか、言われたこともある。けれども、家庭や、色んなことを考えると、ちょっと、パートに勤めるのに、多大な重責を負う仕事なんて割に合わないし、断ることが多い。結局のところ、こうやって、自分で、会社を経営しています。

ちょっとしたところで、数ヶ月、身を置いたことがある。そうすると、職場の同僚は、そうね、と納得して会話をする。何がなんだか、側から聞いて居る私には、良く分からない。そうすると、その人々は、先程の話の矛盾をお互いに知り、もう一度確認しているのです。ある商品を数えることになりました。そして、段ボールに入っている商品を数えることになった。それは、おおよそ、100個ぐらいの商品が入っていたのです。ところが、私は、その商品の数を数え終わった時に、そのもう一人の人は、30個ぐらいしか、まだ数えることができていなかったのです。だから、同じ仕事をしても、こうも違う。そうして、その人は、私に商品の数え方を教えて欲しい、と私に言うのです。

だから、人よりたくさん仕事を抱えることになり、結局は仕事をやめることになります。

だから、やっぱり、単純作業でも、個人差がある。私は、とても、鈍臭く見えるそうで、それでいて、何やら、違う、印象がある、と言われたことがあります。だから、このキレキレの良くできるようには、一見は、見えないのです。普通のありふれた風采(フウサイ)です。だから、周りと合わないのです。学生の時に、アルバイトをして、社会を知って、勉強して欲しいと思う。学生の時に、社会を知れば、世の中を知ることができます。そして、そのアルバイトの中で、No.1になって欲しいと思います。私の学生のアルバイトのお話も、又、機会があれば、書いてみたいと思います。

Whenever I go to an interview, I am well received. So I am asked to do a ridiculous job. Yes, I am often selected at the top. I was selected with 3,000 times more applicants. I have been told that. However, when I think about my family and other things, I often turn down jobs that require a lot of responsibility for a part-time job because it is not worth it. In the end, this is how I run my own company.

I once stayed in a small place for a few months. Then, my colleagues at work said, "I see," and talked to me in agreement. I don't really understand what's going on, listening from the side. Then, the people realized the contradiction in the previous story and confirmed it again. We were asked to count a certain product. Then, we were asked to count the products in a cardboard box. There were about 100 products in it. However, when I finished counting the number of products, the other person had only been able to count about 30. So even though we do the same work, there are differences. And that person asks me to teach them how to count items.

So they end up with more work than others, and end up quitting their jobs.

So, even with simple tasks, there are individual differences. I've been told that I look very clumsy, and yet I give off a different impression. So at first glance, I don't look like I can do this with such sharpness. I have an ordinary, everyday appearance. So I don't fit in with the people around me. I want students to get part-time jobs while they're students, learn about society, and study. If you learn about society while you're a student, you can learn about the world. And I want you to become No. 1 in that part-time job. If I get the chance, I'd like to write about my part-time job as a student.
