兵庫県姫路市家島に行きました。これがこのお写真のところです。
何も、観光なんてない。
だから、多分お話だけで、いいんじゃないかと思って、書いています。
観光バスもないので、町の無料コミュニティバスに乗って、色んなところを周りました。
って、言っても、観光なんてないから、老人ホームとか、町の商店街とか、ぐるっと周ります。
この島は、魚が、良く釣れるので、それをお目当てに料理旅館があります。
で、そこで、高速艇で、行くんだけど、その前に料理を予約しておくんです。そしたら、おいしいお魚料理が、食べれます。
勿論、旅館だから、お泊りでいらしゃる方もたくさんいます。
で、夕方になれば、波止場に行って、竿を落とすと、いっぱいお魚が取れる。
だから、子供達は、とても嬉しい様子。
この島は、そんなへんぴな所だけど、石が採掘されて、とても、見かけによらず、豊かな島です。
そんなアナウンスをサービスいっぱいに、町のコミュニティバスの運転手は、話してくれました。
でも、小さな島だから、心配ごとが、あるんだよ。
と、ため息をつきながら、話し始めました。
小さな島には、防波堤が、あります。
その海の水位が、年々、上昇しているんです。
ここ数年で、50cm以上、上がりました。
年々、上昇しています…小さな防波堤だから、津波でも来れば、大変だろう。
日本の南の無人島は、水没した島もあります。
そんな、こと、身近にたくさんあると思う。
ただ、この問題は、経済とか、色んなことが、絡んでいるから、とても、難しい。
けれども、気温が上がれば、人間だって、生きていくのも、大変です。
事実、温帯と言われる地帯でも、クーラーなしに夏は、過ごせ無いし、干ばつとか、異常気象があります。
この先、100年って、人間が、存在するのかな？その前に疫病で、調整されるのかも、しれない。
とにかく、このままでは、人間は、地球には、生存できない、ことは、明らかです。
人間って、自分の後の3代先しか、考えないらしい。
これって、100年。
これは、ギリギリのタイムリミットなのかもしれない。
だから、この先、200年のこと、考えないと、対策は、できないと思います。
どの国も自分のことしか、考えていないから。
地球は、ひとつ。
I went to Ieshima in Himeji city, Hyogo prefecture. This is the place in this photo.
There was nothing to do there, nothing to see.
So I thought it would be okay to just tell the story, and I'm writing this.
There were no tourist buses, so I took the town's free community bus and went around to various places.
That said, there was no sightseeing, so I just went around the nursing home and the town's shopping district.
This island has a lot of fish, so there is a restaurant inn for that purpose.
So, you go there by speedboat, but you make a reservation for a meal beforehand. Then you can eat delicious fish dishes.
Of course, since it is an inn, there are many people staying overnight.
So, in the evening, you can go to the pier and drop your fishing rod, and you can catch a lot of fish.
So the children seem very happy.
This island is in such an out-of-the-way place, but it is a very rich island, contrary to appearances, because stones are mined there.
The driver of the town's community bus made this announcement with a lot of fanfare.
But because it's a small island, there are things to worry about.
He sighed as he began to speak.
There is a breakwater on the small island.
The sea level there is rising every year.
It has risen by more than 50cm in the last few years.
It's rising every year... It's a small breakwater, so if a tsunami were to come, it would be terrible.
There are uninhabited islands in the south of Japan that are submerged.
I think there are many such things around us.
However, this problem is very difficult because it involves many things, such as the economy.
But when the temperature rises, it's difficult for humans to survive.
In fact, even in areas that are called temperate, it's impossible to get through the summer without air conditioning, and there are droughts and abnormal weather.
I wonder if humans will exist for another 100 years? Maybe an epidemic will bring about some adjustment before then.
Anyway, it's clear that humans cannot survive on Earth if things continue as they are.
It seems that humans only think about the next three generations after themselves.
That's 100 years.
This may be the very last time limit.
So I don't think we can take measures unless we think about the next 200 years.
Because each country is only thinking about itself.
The Earth is one.
