人間の身体は、そのほとんどが、「水」です。身体における「水」の割合は、年齢が、大きくなると、少なくなります。
赤ちゃんは、ミルクという液体から始まり、離乳食、食事と、水の摂取も少なくなっていきます。
ですから、赤ちゃんには、綺麗なお水が、必要です。
2019年12月4日にアフガニスタンで、射殺された、中村哲医師は、非政府組織(NGO)「ペシャワール会」で、井戸の建設事業をしていました。
過去にも、この「ペシャワール会」の農業部門の方も、殺害されています。
アフガニスタンでは、綺麗な水が無いために、病気が多く、水がないので、食べ物にも、困っていました。
昔は、砂漠のような土地を整備したのが、「ペシャワール会」でした。
綺麗な水は、生物にとって最も重要なものです。
事実、先端技術では、「癌」の治療に「水素水」を使います。
水は、「H2O」ですから、基本原子、「1番」の水素「H」は、体組成のキーワードです。
このことからも判るように、綺麗な「O」、「酸素」、つまり、綺麗な「空気」と「水」は、生物にとって最も重要な、ものです。
このようなことからも判るように、食事は、とても大事なものです。
「水」つまり、栄養素で言えば、「ミネラル」になるのですが、生命の進化と共に、どういう働きをしたのか、免疫力について、私の考察です。
かつて、生命が誕生した海は、カリウムやマグネシウムの多い海だったと考えられています。
その進化の様子が、細胞に刻まれています。
ミトコンドリアは、カリウムを有し、ナトリウムを排出します。
そうすると、体液と反応して、Na+H2O→NaOH+1/2H2として、pH調整作用があります。
組成から、液胞は、かつての精子だと考えられます。

ヒトでは、細胞膜が、これを代行しています。
かつての精子は、マグネシウムによって育ったので、これも体液と反応して、2H2O+Mg→Mg(OH)2+H2という形で、pH調節作用があります。
これが、生命体としての免疫力と私は、考えています。
このように、ヒトとしての進化は、「同性」つまり、「X」から始まり、それから「Y」が、発生した名残りが、あります。
「XX」、「XY」との分離の痕跡があります。
このように、「水」は、「生命の起源」でもあります。
「地球は、青い。」宇宙飛行士のガガーリンは、ことばを残しています。
地球での、生物としての「ヒト」の歴史は、ほんの一滴です。
環境を大切にすることは、人類にとって最も重要なことです。
このことにも、触れていきたいと思います。
