アメリカ合衆国にテスラ(Tesla,Inc)というシリコンバレーを拠点にする会社をご存知でしょうか？
この会社は、電気自動車のメーカーで、それに関する電気関連部品を開発、販売しています。
本社は、カルフォルニア州にあります。
創業者は、電気技師、物理学者のニコラ・テスラです。
この会社を取り上げたのには、大きな理由があります。
営業する人を採用しない、としたからです。
職業別就職の状況
インターネットで、購入者に、自分でカスタマイズしてもらう、ことにしたのです。
将来、AIによって、たくさんの「職業」が無くなる、と言われています。
自動車のような高額商品でさえ、営業する必要もなくなる事になってきています。
これは、他の国の事と思っては、いけません。
近いうちに日本でも、起こることが予想されます。
不動産という営業さえ、将来は、なくなると予想されています。
その中で、自分がなにができるのか、自分の長所をのばして、「勉強」して、欲しいと思います。
職業別就職の状況
日本では、「医療機関」が、良いのではないかと、医療の資格を取る人もいますが、すでに「薬剤師」は、多すぎて、給料が少なくなっています。
逆に「看護師」は、少ないので、「薬剤師」より給料が、多いです。
このように、職業の「偏差値」ではなく、「需要」と「供給」によって、経済は、成り立っています。
カウントダウンは始まっています。
資本主義は、自由がありますが、実にきびしい社会です。
大きな産業革命をどう生き抜くか、大切です。
リアルの社会で、実力をつけていきましょう。

I’ve taken this company for a great reason.
Because they decided not to hire a business person.
On the Internet, we decided to let buyers customize themselves.

In that, I want to extend my strengths and “study” what I can do.
Here is an example.
In Japan, some people get medical qualifications as to whether “medical institutions” are good, but “pharmacists” are already too many and their salaries are low.
Conversely, there are fewer “nurses”, so they are more paid than “pharmacists”.
In this way, the economy is made up of “demand” and “supply”, not “deviation” of the occupation.

Capitalism is a liberating, but really tough society.
It is important how to survive the big industrial revolution.
