憲法第９条（戦争の放棄、戦力と交戦権の否認）
本国民は、正義と秩序を基調する国際平和を誠実に希求し、国権の発動たる戦争と、武力による威嚇又は武力の行使は、国際紛争を解決する手段としては、永久にこれを放棄する。
②前項の目的を達するため、陸海空軍その他の戦力は、これを保持しない。国の交戦権は、これを認めない。
これは、日本国憲法第二章の戦争の放棄です。日本には、自衛隊があります。これは、自分で、守る、軍隊のことです。以前は、訓練する部隊で、何の意味で存在するのか、非常に曖昧でした。
けれども、災害などの支援に派遣されるようになりました。国の国境も監視しています。武力を行使することは、この憲法で、禁止されています。だから、近隣諸国から、色んな侵略やミサイル発射など威嚇があっても、武力を行使することができずにいます。
話は、少しそれますが、日本の学校で使われる教科書は、過去のことを明確に記述されていません。その一方で、私は、日本の国歌も歌えません。日本は「過去を無くす」ことで、国民の意識を変えようとしています。
ですが、近隣諸国は、過去を常に意識して、色んな形で「謝罪」を求めます。ですが、もう、戦争を知る世代もいなくなる中で、過去は、もう戻らないからお互い、日本のこの「平和憲法」をよく読んで理解して欲しいと思うのです。
私は、この頃の自衛隊の災害派遣について、非常に自衛隊に好感を持っています。けれども、これは、私の意見であって、日本人は、この「曖昧な」自衛隊を非常に嫌う人が多いです。世代が違うので、これは、仕方ないかもしれません。
私は、子供の進路に、就職の際、自衛隊の臨時アルバイトのような求人があることを知りました。結論から、申し上げると、結局そこには、行きませんでした。
その時、自衛隊関連の入試問題集を何となく大手ECサイトで購入しました。そうして、本のレビューを書きました。「赤シートがついていて、便利です。」ただそれだけでした。私は、金銭をもらって不正な商品レビューを書いたこともありません。だから、そんな不真面目なレビューを書いて連ねていたわけではありませんでした。
そうすると、他の商品レビューに、「参考にならなかった」と、たくさん、他の商品レビューに対して、否定する人が、現れました。これは、とても怖い経験でした。私は、そのECサイトのレビューを全て消しました。
このように、日本では、「平和憲法」を守ることを非常に大切にしている人が多く、災害派遣で、自衛隊が国民に奉仕しても、なかなか、認められません。だから、自衛隊の存在をやはり、平和憲法によって運営されるものだと、その守備範囲を明確に定めた方が、良いと思います。
過去に、海外からの要請で「後方支援」などありました。けれども、こういうことを言う海外諸国は、欺瞞だと思うのです。こんな要請をするのは、非常に日本にとって良くないことです。
この「平和憲法」を作ったのは、日本では、ありません。だから、日本は、多額のお金を払い、その国の軍隊が駐留しています。これは、日本は、もう、戦争を放棄しています。だから、自衛隊の身分は、非常に限られたものになるし、その方が、国民感情としても、最善だと思うのです。
ここで大事なのは、日本は、戦争を放棄して、その代償として、お金を払っています。だから、海外諸国は、日本に「後方支援」など、集団で求めないで欲しいのです。国民は、危機感を覚えます。適当に、都合よく扱われることは、非常に迷惑だからです。
日本は、戦争を放棄しています。だから、それを十分に考慮して欲しいです。このことが、曖昧になると近隣諸国は警戒します。
戦争を放棄したので、このことは、尊重されるべきで、近隣諸国は、これを十分理解する必要があります。そうすれば、他国の軍隊の駐留や核もなくなると信じたいです。色んな論議があります。
日本人は喋らない、国民性なので、よく分からないことも、外から見ていて感じるでしょう。しかし、日本は、「平和憲法」を変えずに守り続けています。
そうして、経済で、色んな国と交流しています。それは、お互いの理解がなければ、できないことです。時間は、問題を風化させます。しかし、平和がもたらす、素晴らしさを日本は、知っています。
他の国と並ぶ必要はありません。戦争を放棄しているからです。
一部の人々が、憲法改正を時に言うことがあります。しかしこれは、戦後、今まで変わることはありませんでした。だから、これからも、変わらないでしょう。
経済活動を通じて、お互いに理解を深め、そうして、これが良い交流になり、過去からの呪縛から、解放されることを望みます。
Article 9 of the Constitution (Abandonment of War, Denial of Force and Right to Engage)
The people sincerely seek international peace based on justice and order, and the war in which national rights are exercised and the threat or use of force by force are permanently abandoned as a means of resolving international disputes.
(2) In order to achieve the purpose of the preceding paragraph, the Army, Navy, Air Force and other forces will not hold it. The state’s right to engage does not recognize this.
This is the abandonment of the war in Chapter 2 of the Constitution of Japan. Japan has the Self-Defense Forces. This is an army that you protect yourself. In the past, it was very vague about what it meant to be a training unit.
However, I have come to be dispatched to support disasters. We also monitor national borders. The use of force is prohibited by this Constitution. Therefore, even if there are various invasions and missile launches from neighboring countries, it is not possible to use force.
The story is a little off, but the textbooks used in Japanese schools do not clearly describe the past. On the other hand, I can’t even sing the national anthem of Japan. Japan is trying to change the consciousness of the people by “eliminating the past.”
However, neighboring countries are always aware of the past and seek “apologies” in various ways. However, as there are no more generations who know about war, the past will never return, so I would like each other to read and understand this “Peace Constitution” of Japan.
I am very fond of the Self-Defense Forces about the disaster dispatch of the Self-Defense Forces at this time. However, this is my opinion, and many Japanese dislike this “ambiguous” Self-Defense Forces. This may be unavoidable as the generations are different.
I learned that when I got a job, there was a job like a temporary part-time job of the Self-Defense Forces in my child’s career. From the conclusion, I would say that I didn’t go there after all.
At that time, I somehow purchased a collection of entrance exam questions related to the Self-Defense Forces from a major EC site. Then I wrote a review of the book. “It’s convenient because it has a red sheet.” That was all. I have never received money to write fraudulent product reviews. That’s why I didn’t write such a serious review in a row.
Then, many people who denied the other product reviews, saying, “It was not helpful” appeared in the other product reviews. This was a very scary experience. I erased all the reviews on that EC site.
In this way, in Japan, there are many people who place great importance on observing the “Peace Constitution,” and even if the Self-Defense Forces serve the people in disaster relief, it is difficult to recognize them. Therefore, I think it is better to clearly define the scope of defense that the existence of the Self-Defense Forces is to be operated by the Peace Constitution.
In the past, there was “logistical support” at the request of overseas. However, I think that foreign countries that say this kind of thing are deceptive. Making such a request is very bad for Japan.
This “Peace Constitution” was not created in Japan. Therefore, Japan pays a lot of money and the army of that country is stationed there. This is because Japan has already abandoned the war. Therefore, the status of the Self-Defense Forces is very limited, and I think that is the best national sentiment.
The important thing here is that Japan has abandoned the war and is paying for it. Therefore, overseas countries do not want Japan to ask for “logistical support” as a group. The people feel a sense of crisis. It is very annoying to be treated properly and conveniently.
Japan has abandoned the war. So I want you to take that into consideration. Neighboring countries are wary when this becomes ambiguous.
This should be respected, as we have abandoned the war, and our neighbors need to fully understand this. I would like to believe that if we do so, there will be no troops stationed or nuclear weapons in other countries. There are various debates.
Since Japanese people don’t speak and have a national character, you may feel that you don’t understand well from the outside. However, Japan continues to keep the “Peace Constitution” unchanged.
Then, in the economy, I interact with various countries. That is something that cannot be done without mutual understanding. Time weathers the problem. But Japan knows the wonders that peace brings.
You don’t have to line up with other countries. Because they have abandoned the war.
Some people may say time to amend the constitution. However, this has not changed since the end of the war. Therefore, it will not change in the future.
We hope that through economic activity, we will deepen mutual understanding, and that this will be a good exchange and free from the curse of the past.
