ですから、他の国に比べて、医療にかかるお金が少ないので、簡単に病院で治療を受けます。
収入の無い人は、無料。
高齢者は、10〜20%、その他は30%の自己負担です。(2020/1現在)
そして、入院などした場合、その収入に応じて、自己負担限度額(ジコフタンゲンドガク)あり、自分で負担する医療費があり、それ以上にならない仕組みがあります。
人間ドックも会社が少し負担してもらい、お安く受けることができます。
会社員でない人は、その住んでいる行政によって、格安のお値段で、健康診断を受けることができます。
ですので、早期に病気が見つかるので、医療費が増えています。
医療費が、ますます増えるので、日本では、「セルフメディケーション」という制度ができました。 これは、市販薬の効果で、病気を治すことを目指しています。
これは、街で販売されている市販薬を購入すると、税金がお安くなる、制度です。
市販薬の効果は、やはりグレードが落ちます。
日本は、1980年代は、お薬の規制も緩くて、病院に行かなくても良い程のグレードのお薬が販売されていました。
ですから、海外からの旅行に来た人が、良くお薬を買っていました。
今は、規制がありますので、街で販売されているお薬は、病院に行ってもらうお薬に比べて、効果はあまりありません。
そういう現実は、あります。私は、風邪で病院に行くことは、ほとんどありません。
ですが、時々、街で販売されたお薬は、使うことがあります。
